As an international player in the food and beverage industry and as a house of iconic brands, we can make an impact that counts – and careers that matter.We are now hiring a local product manager to strengthen the commercial cluster South (France and Iberia).As Local Product Manager, Customer Brands your key responsibilities are:- To translate the defined P&P product innovation roadmap to a relevant local customer and channel portfolio , to identify gaps and opportunities, identify improvement areas and to optimize the tail .
- To manage and drive customer specific configuration and roll-out projects from opportunity to post launch evaluation; including technical packaging work related to specifications, artwork and design, print service coordination.
- The coordination of product ingredient changes and the coordination of sample shipment of products .
- To stimulate novelty and seasonal variation in the customer portfolio by selecting the appropriate products from the CB portfolio
- To secure that the support material developed by P&P is translated in a way to support our Product & Category.
- To collect and share customer and retail requirements, sustainability requirements and food legislation .
- To collect local assortment knowledge and price input at customer and channel level .
- To ensure local competition watch and insights on the market dynamics .
- To translate and execute promotions defined by Category management & BA product management, such as coordinate displays and shelf visibility projects.
- To execute packaging, display, instore concepts and customer activation
- To provide targeted inspiration to customers with recipes, tips and tricks.
- Support e-commerce by making ensuring the right pictures and enriched information .

- You will join an entrepreneurial and committed team with a strong drive for results.
- Master Degree, preferably in business administration, economics or marketing.
- Experience in a FMCG product management role and knowledge of “the world of private brands”.
- English at advanced level, both written and oral.
- Computer literate with a profound knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Collaborative and participating mindset and strong communication skills
- Experienced in project management and excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Pro-active mindset.
