  • key responsibilities

    As a Senior Product Manager Materials you combine your engineering skills with the experience of a marketing professional.

    You are responsible for product category revenue and profitability, new product launch success and portfolio vitality.

    More specifically:

    • You own the strategy development, execution and business success of the SFID portfolio;
    • From an in-depth understanding of the markets and competitors, as well as the customers’ challenges, business needs and processes, you drive a differentiated materials roadmap;
    • You position the offer to the respective target markets and users and execute a targeted go to market plan;
    • You track and monitor new technologies and translate opportunities into business cases for new solutions for Brady;
    • You are the regional point of contact for sales, customer service, planning and production;
    • You work closely with your counterparts in the US and Asia Pacific.


  • qualifications

    • You have a master degree in Engineering or Sciences and minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in an international and industrial business to business environment;
    • You have an interest in the technicality of Brady products, and can translate unmet customer needs into new product requirements and business cases. You then also translate technical product features into customer benefits and messaging;
    • You have proven skills in marketing planning, roadmap development (Voice Of Customer driven), marketing plan execution and evaluation;
    • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable building internal and external alliances in an international multi-cultural environment;
    • You are self-motivated with a results-driven Can Do attitude and the ability to get things done in a timely matter;
    • You have good project management skills and are able and capable to manage multiple projects at same time;
    • You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
