Responsibilities

As Agile Product Owner, you will be responsible to leverage the Scrum/Agile methodology to ensure product delivery within your full stack squad. You will work hand in hand with a Product Manager who will share the product vision and requirements with you and your squad.

• You ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• You plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• You assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value while staying aligned with product strategy
• You work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• You lead the sprint planning and set expectations for delivery
• You play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• You will be responsible for the project monitoring and reporting, while managing risk and issue

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific oriented field, in business administration or computer sciences
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/or relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
• You have a good knowledge of agile methodologies. Agile certification is a plus.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• A hands-on approach driven by a passion for agile and technology
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers
• You have strong spoken and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira is a big plus
