Product Owner Smart Energy Management (Antwerp/Brussels)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Product owner Smart Energy Manager Buildings who:

• Demonstrates and communicates a complete understanding of Smart Energy Services portfolio technologies through an expert knowledge of building applications, end-user operations and customer requirements;
• Collaborates with leadership to develop Smart Energy Services business plans;
• Creates, develops and maintain the product roadmap;
• Translate business requirements in to digestible epics and user stories for the development team;
• Has the ability to drive Outcome Based Services with a main differentiator of Smart Energy Services powered by data science;
• Collaborates with internal and external resources to develop, effectively sell and execute all Smart Energy Service offerings, ensuring business plans and financial goals are met;
• Identifies and/or supports business development activities with key customers;
• Provides education and training to Sales and Operations on Smart Energy Services offerings;
• Assists in development of sales resource deployment and market development along with complete market analysis understanding;
• Maintains standard monthly reporting systems for financial, sales, and operations performance on business;
• Responds to management requests for analysis of business trends and performance metrics on ad hoc basis to identify problems or opportunities for improvement;
• Possibility to work from the Antwerp/Brussels/Geel office;

• Degree qualified in related field e.g. Product ownership / Energy services / Property Management (Facility Management);
• You speak fluent English;
• You have an appetite to create impact in the energy transition;
• Knowledge of Facility & Contract Management principles;
• Experience of operation in large-scale building operation or own building;
• Strong strategic and tactical skills, ability to translate business strategy across organization;
• Ability to influence and drive change throughout organization;
• Ability to provide reliable judgement in complex situations;
• Entrepreneurial skills with record of exceeding objectives;
