Job description:

What You’ll Do:

Support, coach and guide the teamleaders in daily operational activities
Draft/update procedures, instructions & OPL’s
Handle the internal and external complaints
Launch, elaborate and support improvement actions/projects
Organize technical meetings with maintenance
Root cause analyze of deviations on the KPI’s and introducing & executing improvement proposals
Training
Execute in cooperation with the teamlead the Absence & yearly performance conversations & reporting
Establish staff planning in collaboration with the teamleads and the planning/supply chain department
Follow up on operational results of the department; react immediately to deviations and escalate where necessary
Participate in safety risk assessments and environmental improvement actions
Participate in morning meetings (explain variances & initiates proposals for improvement

What You’ll Bring:

Leadership and coaching skills
Ability to prioritize and shift gears depending on current challenges
Experience in a production environment
Problem-solving skills and are resourcefulness
Data analytics skills and deisre to pursue KPI’s
Willingness to go the extra mile every day to improve efficiency and effectivenes
