Our client, located in Leuven, is an organisation within the field of gynaecological surgery where it connects the medical and the technical scientific world. It offers back-office services and management support to NPOs, develops training tools, and organises on-site and online courses for surgeons.

As a project and management support assistant you will join a small multilingual, multinational and multicultural team on challenging projects in:

  • communication: events, website, newsletters, social media
  • planning
  • administration activities

    • you have at least a professional bachelor degree or a fisrt relevant experience. also junior candidates are welcome to apply.
    • we are looking for a millipede, who learns and adapts quickly, who can work in a team as well as on his/her own, who can self organise their work, set and meet deadlines and has good time management skills, and is not afraid of new challenges.
    • you have very good knowledge of dutch and english
    • excellent organisational and communication skills are necessary
    • you can write well and have at least good digital (email, web, social media, office) and some basic graphical and media skills or you are eager to learn them.
    • you are careful and meticulous also with regard to privacy and security
    • discretion and sincerety are important values for the company
