PMO Manager ????

Job Description:

As a PMO Manager, you’ll manage, organize, and supervise national projects from A to Z according to our company’s methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support an internal team of project and site managers ????
  • Monitor budgets and deadlines ⏰
  • Optimize processes for future growth ????
  • Ensure strong communication with various departments and project managers ????️
  • Proactively prevent problems ????
  • Represent the company to all stakeholders ????
  • Conduct and participate in various meetings and site inspections ????
  • Handle contract administration, financial follow-up, and invoicing ????
  • Manage project risks and identify improvement actions ⚠️
  • Seek commercial opportunities to enhance project revenue ????
  • Oversee purchase orders and approve project-related invoices ????

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering ????
  • 10+ years of experience managing international/European teams successfully ????
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanics ⚙️
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, French, and/or German ????️
  • Willingness to travel abroad ✈️
  • Strong leadership and team management skills ????
