Project Manager-

I am currently partnered with a multinational last mile logistics and parcel solution client looking to add to their growing team with a new Project Manager. You will report to the network management of the client and play a strategic role in the expansion of the locker network in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your main tasks are the following-

Management of deployment activities:

-Monitoring the deployment of lockers in Belgium and Luxembourg in order to meet deadlines and cost targets.

-Acting as the main contact person for the service providers within your working area, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth communication.

Supervise the service providers:

-Manage and challenge the service providers (field surveys, operations, and installation) to ensure that the planned deadlines and costs are met.

-Work with your implementation assistant to assess the feasibility, quality control, and compliance of work in the field.

Develop the panel of service providers:

-Actively contribute to the development and selection of new service providers to strengthen geographical coverage and available skills.

Cost reduction and continuous improvement projects:

-Lead cost reduction projects to improve the efficiency of deployment operations.

-Identifying and implementing actions to improve implementation processes to ensure the quality and speed of installations.

Interface with large partner chains:

-Act as a point of contact for large partner chains on implementation issues.

Update information systems:

-Monitor and update information in the databases, CRM, and planning tools throughout the validation process.

Job requirements-

-With a 5-year degree in a technical field(electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, logistics, industrial engineering or similar), you have successful experience in coordinating installation and fit-out work or in managing logistics projects.

-Knowledge of electricity is highly desirable for supervising technical installations.

-You have a good command of Pack Office and project management tools.

-Fluency in written and spoken French, Dutch and English is essential.

-You have the ability to deal with partners and you have a strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects at once.

-Your ability to anticipate needs, to manage contingencies independently, and to take initiative to solve problems will help you succeed in this role.
