In our DXC Luxoft team we are currently looking for a project manager. Typical areas where you will work in are: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence and IoT.

Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Ensuring that information in regards to the team is correctly processed and that work complies with relevant internal / external rule, procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Checks team’s work and ensures they correct mistakes promptly.
    • Leading Others - Building and maintaining a well-motivated and high-performing team.
    • Helping Others to Learn - Commits time and effort to create opportunities to develop the full range of capabilities of the team.
    • Planning and Control - Achieves efficient capacity management by establishing work priorities and matching them to available resources in a logical and efficient sequence. Checks progress against production plan and takes corrective action as required.

Skills

Must have

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Affinity with the data and analytics domain
    • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding problem solver.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide business stakeholders, successfully guide data professionals
    • Project management methodology certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)

Nice to have

    • Keen eye for detail
    • Proactive, self-sufficient, positive attitude

Dutch: B2 Upper Intermediate

English: C1 Advanced
