Hobson Prior are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain to join a brilliant CRO on a contract basis and located in Vilvoorde. Our client is focused on delivering innovative and better healthcare treatments, as well as access to care.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities
  • For this role, you will handle crucial cross-functional local projects promoted by the head of the location.
  • Encompass and sponsor consistent development strategies such as LEAN, Six Sigma and AGILE.
  • Assimilate new business needs to accomplish operations and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will implement crucial, alteration projects as recognised by integrated supply chain methodical plan.
  • Recognise the best-exhibited practices on an internal and external level.
  • Deliberate how to efficiently balance safety, quality, delivery and cost to augment operations.
  • You will guarantee that internal and external client’s perspectives are a driving force behind all corporation verdicts and actions.
  • To develop effectiveness, enhance client value and condense costs, you will notify EMEA fulfilment value improvement program (VIP).
Key Skills
  • Communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Initiate outcomes with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Work with other well and plays to win, initiating assignation and appreciating transformations.
Requirements
  • Educated to a business or engineering discipline.
  • At least 8- 10 years of experience within a project management role focusing on supply chain/operations.
  • Familiarity with driving varied and energetic teams.
  • Prior involvement in guiding cultural revolution.
  • Business and financial insight.
  • Capable of learning quickly and foster modification with a high degree of situation flexibility used to handle uncertainty.
  • Possess a methodical outlook and exhibit bravery to perform and fail quickly and move forward after.
  • Able of evaluating operational hazards linked to supply chain implementation and suggest extenuation plans.
