We are seeking the services of an independent "Purchasing Accountant".

Its main tasks are:

  • Follow-up of internal purchasing requests (statement of the department’s mailbox, processing or "dispatch" within the Department as appropriate)
  • Encoding of certain orders and follow-up (biomedical supplies, sterilization instruments, IT, and other non-recurring supplies/services)
  • Track Price Updates
  • Processing disputed invoices (reconciliation, credit note request)
  • Involvement in purchasing files (depending on previous experience)

Skills:

  • Organization
  • Affinity with numbers and computer systems
  • Stress resistance
  • Previous experience in a purchasing department
  • Experience in a hospital setting is an asset
