QA Tester (Medior – Immediate Start) – Freelance

For a customer platform release project in Ghent, I am searching for a freelance QA Tester to support User Acceptance Testing, gap analysis, and regression testing.

This is a 3-month assignment where the first two months will focus on executing manual UAT testing, while the final month will be dedicated to assessing and improving the testing setup through gap analysis and process optimization.

The project involves the release of a personnel management platform, and the role requires fluency in Dutch as the documentation is in Dutch. The customer need someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual UAT testing based on predefined test cases.
  • Identify, track, and report defects to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Conduct regression testing to validate system stability after updates.
  • Analyze and improve the existing testing framework through gap analysis.
  • Assess the current testing setup and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, focusing on manual testing and UAT.
  • Experience in gap analysis and regression testing.
  • Ability to assess and optimize test processes.
  • Fluency in Dutch (documentation and communication).

LOCATION: Ghent

ONSITE POLICY: 2 days per week (Wednesdays & Thursdays)

HOURS PER WEEK: 40
