As a growing company, Robert Walters is constantly looking for future talents to enrich our teams. As a Recruiter Engineering & Supply Chain, you are an integral part of our organisation and will work directly with the manager to support all recruitment efforts within the field. In this role you will be exposed to middle and top-level management engineering and supply chain profiles.

Daily tasks of a Recruiter Engineering & Supply Chain:

  • Search / research of engineering & supply chain management profiles via talent lists and pools
  • Conduct telephone screenings and be the first point of contact with the professionals and make the first interviews
  • Investing in building a sustainable network through social media and / or other channels- Headhunting
  • Collaborate with the team and manager in matching professionals with the right opportunity
  • Networking and building a database
  • Preparing the talent reports in order to support the client requests

Ideal profile for the Recruiter Engineering & Supply Chain:

  • Bachelor or a master degree with ideally a first experience in recruitment for technical profiles
  • Fluent English, French and/or Dutch
  • Strong communication skills
  • Autonomous, organised, rigorous and eager to learn
  • A problem-solving mentality and a good sense of deadlines
  • A true team player
