Graduate Recruitment Consultant Opportunity - IT/ Tech Sector

Vivid Resourcing is looking for career driven graduates to join our office in Antwerp based in Harmonie. This is a salary + commission based position with a World-Class training programme.

· Vivid Resourcing is a Global Recruitment Consultancy, specialising in the placements of IT/Tech, Engineering and Pharmaceutical consultants with clients across the EU, UK & USA.

· Our Antwerp office doors officially opened in May 2022. We are presenting an opportunity for you to join us in our London head office on the 20th June for a period of 2-4 weeks to undergo full training, followed by relocation to Antwerp with the rest of the team.

What we offer you:

· Fully paid travel and accommodation from your home country to London, for a period of 2-4 weeks

· Award winning graduate training provided, from our own in-house Learning and Development team

· Our new graduate hires will be given a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission structure on top of that. 1st year expected earnings are circa €45,000EUR

· Opportunity to add a further €3k to your salary once you pass your probation

General day-to-day responsibilities:

· Business development – Acquiring, winning and maintaining client relationships and seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth

· Resourcing: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for prospective IT/Tech projects

· Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up

· Market research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media

· Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news

Who we are looking for:

· Recent graduates with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree

· Hardworking with a competitive edge

· Confident, social personality with an articulate phone presentation

· Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven

· Living in/willing to relocate to Antwerp

· Willing to travel to the UK/Netherlands/Belgium for training purposes

· Valid EU Passport/Right to work in Belgium without sponsorship

· English speaking is mandatory, French or Dutch or German languages are highly beneficial
