  • Determine CBBA strategy roadmap for OOH/FS in collaboration with Group/other stakeholders for short & long term
  • Develop and implement OOH/FS business plans per country, with focus on growth and productivity. Contribute strongly to the Business Area strategy and plan.
  • Business planning and follow up
  • Manage local pricing, discounts and trade investments within set guidelines
  • Set detailed sales and GC2 targets for the local sales organization.
  • Demand planning and business follow-up as part of Integrated Business Planning
Go-to-Market
  • Maximize business opportunities, listings in wholesalers and to secure a long-term strong market position
  • Manage local assortment together with local mkt and execute concepts, product launches, promotions, high street visibility and other activities.
  • Active personal role in sales with focus on management level in key accounts and wholesalers
What we expect from you:Leadership and organization development
  • Build & lead the OOH/FS Sales team (based in Belgium and Spain) and develop capabilities to match changing market needs.
  • Resource and optimize the team to maximize profitable growth.
  • Act as a role model and promote the common Paulig culture and collaboration within Paulig.
Operational excellence
  • Continuous development of way of working – maximize customer experience at optimized costs
  • Manage all direct controllable costs
  • Optimize payment terms, minimize risk and payment control
  • Forecast accuracy as part of Integrated Business Planning
Skill, Knowledge & Experience
  • At least 5 years experience in senior sales leader role in an (international) OOH/Food Industry environment.
  • Proven result delivery. Strong in negotiation and inter-personal skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French - other languages are a positive
