Our client is a Financial institution looking for a new Compliance Officer (Regulatory) to support the Compliance Department in their belgian offices.

Job Description:

  • Definition of the Compliance Risks and monitoring of their level
  • Contact with the regualtors (NBB)
  • Direct Support to the team
  • Consolidation, Harmonization and Implementation of Compliance Controls
  • Direct report to the CRO and possibility of team management in the future

Your Profile:

  • Master Degree in Law is a must or equivalent experiences
  • You are Compliance Certified or willing to get the certifcation in the short-term
  • You have a relevant experience in the Banking Sector and/or the financial sector
  • You are autonomous and ready to jump into the function
  • You are aware of Details
  • You are Proactive and always thinking ahead
  • You are willing to take new challenges and you are not afraid to go out of your comfort zone
  • You are a Problem-solver with analytical skills
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and excellent English professional skills
