Job Description

We are currently looking for a researcher whose assignment is performing on chip oligonucleotide synthesis.

The assignment:

  • Perform hands-on electrochemical oligonucleotide synthesis on chip.
  • Perform oligonucleotide synthesis optimization on chip.
  • Carry out electrochemical measurement using microelectrode arrays.
  • Design, execute and support chip testing experiments in the lab.

Candidate Description

  • We are looking for someone with a background in (bio-)chemistry, oligonucleotide chemistry, chemistry.
  • You have proven experience with oligonucleotide synthesis and characterization.
  • Technical background in the field of electrochemistry, electrode characterization and testing are considered a plus.
  • The candidate is a self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
  • We appreciate open minded candidates with a multi-disciplinary attitude. Given the international character of our customer, good knowledge of (spokenand written) English is a must.
