Restaurant manager La Quincaillerie (Brussels)

La Quincaillerie is an iconic brasserie located just steps from Brussels’ Louizalaan, set in a unique historic building. We have a strong reputation for oysters, seafood platters, and seasonal creations. Our own farm Le Devant supplies Bresse chickens, guinea fowl, and charcuterie from free-range pigs, ensuring quality and transparency. Our core values are respect, honesty, quality, team spirit, authenticity, and sustainability.

Your Role:

As Manager, you will be the central figure driving the daily operations of our brasserie, combining strategic insight with a people-focused approach. You will lead and motivate a team of 30 across front of house, kitchen, and administration. You’ll manage budgets, KPIs, and labor costs, while fostering a culture based on our core values. You’ll contribute to the menu and guest experience with room for initiative. Fluency in Dutch and French is essential for smooth communication with guests and colleagues. You ensure top quality and seamless operations at all times.
