Sales Service Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Service Specialist to be the key commercial link for field services with customers, partners, and the sales team. You will provide sales support for service contracts, scheduled maintenance visits, and emergency interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service requests and support sales teams with service contracts.
  • Create, log, and update customer contacts, quotes, and documents in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Determine customer needs, calculate costs, and provide quotes based on input from clients or the sales team.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and systems requiring maintenance, taking necessary actions.
  • Ensure all service data is available to the team before intervention.
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels (email, phone, video calls).

Essential Skills:

  • Understanding of explosion protection systems.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong teamwork and initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Effective communication in English, Dutch, and French.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical/commercial field.
  • Ability to understand customer applications, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
  • Proficient in PC use, especially SFDC and Google G-Suite.
