Description:

  • You will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to your clients
  • You will write attractive job offers that meet the requirements of the clients
  • In this function you will help the bestprofiles in Belgium to find a new position
  • You regularly analyse market trends and, on the basis of this, you develop a new commercial strategy
  • You negotiate, prospect and make cold calls to new and existing clients

Profiles


Profile:

  • You are acompetitive salesperson
  • You liketargets, incentives, teamwork and commissions
  • You are strong in communication to establish relationships with the client and the candidate
  • You speak English and French or Dutch
