As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients
  • Building relationships with both clients and job seekers
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from interview to offer stage
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Profiles


We are seeking a driven and motivated profile with:

  • One year of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Outstanding skills inEnglish
  • Advanced level in Dutchand/orFrench
  • A passion for helping people find their dream job
  • Strong communication and entrepreneurial skills
