At NDTE in Bruges, we spend most of our time building NephroFlow, a process-oriented software platform for dialysis centers. Our software supports nephrologists and nurses at every step of the care process.

About the Role

As Sales Director Digital Solutions you are a true leader and will be responsible for driving the sales of our international renal software (NephroFlow) within the Nipro Medical Europe territory.

You will report to the VP Sales and Marketing.


What You’ll Do

  • You will oversee the sales team and will build strong relationships with clients, making sure we achieve revenue targets in each market. Together with your team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and presenting our software solutions to interested clients
  • You create the go to market strategy. To do so, you will work closely together with the product specialist to analyse the individual local markets, develop go to market models, find and convince interested pilot customers, check for market specific requirements and help build up the business case to adapt the product where needed
  • Next to your work within the EMEA region, you will also facilitate the roll out of NephroFlow in other international territories (Asia, India and Latam) directly under the responsibility of Nipro Japan. Together with your team, you will make sure that the individual territories achieve autonomy in terms of selling, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our software installations
  • You will work together with government agencies, auditors, … to successfully integrate the product in the local eHealth landscape and (if applicable) pass audits in relation to local regulatory requirements
  • You will prepare quotes in close collaboration with and with support of the Digital Solutions team of Nipro Medical Europe for your designated customers/territories
  • As a person, you can see through complex situations, can structure potential challenges and can come with action plans, all whilst mitigating the risks and respecting the phasing of development
  • The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account

What You’ll Need

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or computer science, and + 10 years of relevant experience
  • You take initiative and proactively reach out to others when needed.
  • Passionate about sales
  • Strong people manager: coaching team members, organizing and delegating work gives you energy
  • You have an affinity with software development
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is a plus
  • Excellent command in English and French is required, additional languages are a plus
