Position

  • Department: Sales & Marketing
  • Direct report to Sales Manager/CEO

Role

  • Help in building up idloom’s business activities
  • Discover and pursue new sales opportunities, present idloom’s software to prospects, negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Activities & responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming leads and demo requests
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings and/or product demos with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Profile requirements

Soft skills:

  • Positive, enthusiastic and cooperative behavior in order to facilitate a good relationship inside and outside the department

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and French, Dutch and German are a plus
  • Proven track record/experience in Sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Quick learner
  • Passionate about sales
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
