Sales Intelligence Manager Off Trade BNFL

The Purpose (of the role):

As Sales Intelligence Manager Off Trade BNFL you are leading a team of three SI Analysts located in FR, BE and NL. Together with your team you will be responsible for the development of tools, reports and extensive analysis to support the off-trade leadership teams to measure their performances, validate their business strategies or adjust where needed to reach company targets. You are expected to extensively support your team in their daily job where needed (you need to get your hands dirty) and therefore you are expected to visit all of the BNFL countries on a regular basis.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating synergies and efficiencies via the harmonization of WOW, Reports & best practice sharing within BNFL. At last, we need to prepare ourself for the future and therefore we have a big transformation and digitalization route in front of us. You are expected to lead this for Off Trade BNFL.

The role:

  • Leading a team of three SI Analysts which are responsible for:
    • Creation and management of sales reports and dashboards to verify if sales teams are acting in line with business objectives and provide recommendations to help sales managers make data-driven decisions.
    • Set up and improvement of sales related processes.
    • Market analysis & identification of commercial opportunities. Translation of this these opportunities into target setting for field teams.
    • Motivating and supporting the field teams in achieving their target via hit list generation and frequent follow ups on status of target achievement.

  • Improving the collaboration with GCC and generate efficiencies for BNFL allowing your team to focus more on opportunity identification/ field support
    • Review SI-GCC structure and WOW to improve efficiency
  • Leverage synergies and efficiencies across BNFL (& between BNFL & GCC) through harmonizing WOW & reports:
    • Harmonizing reports across BNFL where possible
    • Creation of “commercial performance holy grail”: one report used across BNFL to review commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder management between countries – BU – Zone
  • Leading the Off Trade BNFL SI business cycle
    • Creation of Off Trade BNFL SI 3YP
    • Extensively supporting local teams during business cycle (e.g. 1YP, Operational plan) through workshops; investigate where we face same challenges, create plans / templates during these sessions.
  • Leading the transformation and digitalization agenda
  • Gatekeeper if target setting is strategically aligned with our commercial strategy.

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Qlik sense, Nielsen, Power BI, Salesforce
