Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Manager to take our operations to the next level across Europe. If you have a knack for solution selling and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Solutions: You’ll focus on solution selling, working with both existing clients and new prospects to meet and exceed project sales targets within Europe.
  • Profitability Partner: Collaborate closely with our sales support engineering team to ensure the profitability of each project.
  • Client Relationships: Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with players in the dough processing industry.
  • Pipeline Development: Continuously grow and manage a robust pipeline of potential deals for our cutting-edge Spiromatic systems.
  • Industry Ambassador: Represent Spiromatic at trade shows and conferences, showcasing our expertise and innovations.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide valuable insights to management, sales & marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: A university degree.
  • Sales Expertise: At least 5 years of international technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment for the food industry.
  • Long Sales Cycle Savvy: Proven success with long sales cycles and large capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills that drive results.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Traveler’s Spirit: Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe.
  • Based in Belgium.
  • Languages: Dutch, French and English.
  • Digital collaboration: Proficient in the use of CRM, MS Office & MS Teams applications.
