Our client, a well-known HVAC distributor member of an international industrial group, is looking for a sales manager to develop the sales strategy. Your main role will be to lead a team of 10 technical sales. The working atmosphere is really good and you will join the management team of the company.

Their offices are located between Antwerpen and Brussels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the HVAC sector.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding HVAC products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Group Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products and installators, construction companies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
