We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, obsessed with running a smooth, efficient, and effective sales team.

Our product is a leading software solution for managing Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality. It has a proven track record for large and medium-sized companies. We sell to the chemical, food, manufacturing, utility industries, and the government.

Your main activities:

  • Be the spider in the web connecting all the pieces, people, and processes in and around the sales team.
  • Act like a consultant by asking great questions to help your colleagues (sales, marketing, and leadership) make better decisions around aspects of the customer journey.
  • Streamline the existing process and build future processes.
  • Assure optimal use and integration of the sales & marketing tools (LinkedIn, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Pandadoc, Teams, …) and you are the project manager for the development of the sales (& marketing) tech stack.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support sales enablement.
  • Improve performance by helping reps have consistently effective engagements with prospects and customers throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Provide marketing intelligence about which content to develop, and messaging to emphasize based on sales data (eg. lost deal reason analysis)
  • Manage sales & marketing data through CRM (HubSpot) and define steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles and maximize wins.

What are we looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales & marketing team.
  • The project management, business analysis, and reporting skills required to support a growing sales & marketing organization.
  • Experience with Account-Based Sales & Marketing.
  • Somebody that likes to work in an organization that serves industry, government, and utility customers.
  • Fluent in English (Good to know we are in the Flemish part of Belgium)

Nice to have:

  • Dutch, French, German.
  • Mild level of craziness.
  • Good writing skills.
