Job Description

PepsiCo BeLux is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to join the team based in Zaventem for a period of 6 months starting from the 31st of January till the 5th of August 2022!

As a Sales Support Intern, you will be responsible for field Visits with our Sales Reps to learn the focus of our QSR & Horeca Department, support the Key Account Managers & Sales Account Support with the execution of day to day activities (SAP – DeDuCo) and execute mystery shopping visits in QSR & Horeca POC’s and report on those visits. You will support the key accounts in projects related to Quick Serving Restaurants (Pizza Hut, Subway, KFC, Mc Donalds) and Horeca (ABI Inbev, Franchise owned Primus Haacht, National Buying groups, National HoReCa chains as Lago, Hughies Burgers and Drink Centers).

What will you learn throughout your internship?

You will learn how to roll out the promo plan at QSR accounts and Horeca and link with different stakeholders such as Shopper marketing in order to fulfill commitments towards customers by creating Sales Booklets.

Next to this, you will be learning the following:

• The Contact with actual internal sales and Marketing for the promo visuals
• Ensure budget & volume follow up for QSR & HoReCa-outlets
• Find ways of optimizing current ways of working
• Organize and work together with the Key Account Manager for the QSR partners & Beverage Wholesalers trade fairs
• The processing of the trade fair in order to Telesales
• Organize and work with KAM and Marketing for HoReCa Gent
• Implement and work on the QSR approach for Events
• TRP efficiency via our CRM tool: DeDuCo (Reporting and stearing for opportunities)
• Support on the day-to-day business of the whole QSR outlet portfolio

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor/Master student or recent graduate
• Passionate to work for a multinational with iconic brands (Lay’s, Doritos, Duyvis, Pepsi, 7Up, Quaker, Tropicana, Looza)
• Can adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French
• Good planner/organizer
• Capable of working with deadlines and has an affinity with a commercial environment and FMCG
• Has a hands-on mentality and is very proactive
• Flexible, has the ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Computer-literate, with advanced knowledge of different Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
