Who will you be working for?

Our partner is an innovative consumer goods company that focuses on delivering user-friendly and smart appliances.

Their core mission: Improve your day-to-day with comfortable and affordable solutions.

What is this job about?

As Sales Support Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for French key accounts.

On a daily basis, you will be in contact with key account managers as well as customers to handle their queries and product orders.

Your Challenges

  • Build a trustworthy point of contact for your clients
  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Provide information about the company product and services by phone and email
  • Manage order-related finances (administration, Pro-forma invoices and others)
  • Proactively gather feedback about the company’s service in order to propose improvement solutions
  • Advise account managers regarding customer needs and satisfaction rates

Profile

Who is this job made for?

  • For people who were working in Customer Service or Sales Operations but would like to try something new.
  • For anyone who loves to work on the phone and cares about great customer experience.

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual in French and advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer Service role
  • General knowledge about tracking orders and invoicing
  • Outstanding B2B communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone
