Job Description

As Sales Team Manager, you are responsible for combining :

  • Operational excellence : recruit, train, coach and develop the talents of your team (15 FTEs)
  • Strategic planning : market analysis, KPIs development and strategic planning of your team’s goals, business reviews and budget management

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • sales team management experience
  • hands-on mentality ...
  • ... combined with strong strategic business vision
  • ability to communicate in both French & Dutch, English is a nice to have
