Animalcare is a leading developer and supplier of veterinary pharmaceutical products with direct sales in seven countries, exporting to around 50 markets worldwide and owners of 50 licensed drugs, eight vaccines and over 100 care and nutraceutical products.

We are looking for a dynamic SAP project & service consultant to enforce our ICT team. You will report to the Group Head of ICT.

What are your key responsibilities and accountabilities?

  • As an overall SAP project & service consultant you are responsible for the service delivery, definition, coordination and implementation of the various business flows in which the SAP processes are, in the broad sense, concerned. You deliver the projects in cooperation/agreement with the finance, sales and logistic managers of the Animalcare group business units
  • From a strong business driven perspective, you make improvements to simplify, automate and optimize the existing applications
  • Support, monitor and follow-up on the applications implemented across the different business units
  • Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements

What are the technical requirements?

  • Functional knowledge of the SAP logic applications such as SD, MM and master data management is a must. Knowledge of Finance applications is an asset
  • Knowledge of and working experience with different aspects of a project management: project definition, analysis, design, implementation, testing & training
  • Hands-on experience in an ICT service delivery organization
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

What is your profile?

  • You preferably hold a master degree in an analytical education (informatics, …)
  • In-depth functional knowledge of and minimum of 5 years working experience with the SAP logistics application. Knowledge of SAP Fiori app’s is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft backoffice products (O365) is a must
  • Project-based and analytical approach
  • Team-oriented and skilled at working within a collaborative environment
  • Pragmatic and efficient solution builder who acts proactively and thinks analytically
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
  • Technical or system knowledge of SAP is an asset
