Description

As a key member of the IT team, you will provide specialized technical support to your colleagues for issues related to emails, laptops, PCs, Macs, servers, and internally used software. Your role will be crucial in analyzing, diagnosing, and solving complex IT problems, requiring close collaboration with technical support and other departments.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the main contact for internal IT support.
  • Proactively manage IT support requests, ensuring structured follow-up.
  • Configure and manage Mac, Android, and Windows devices.
  • Administer and optimize the use of Office 365 and Teams.
  • Support the IT and development teams, particularly during events, to ensure quick resolution of IT issues.
  • Document procedures and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.


Must-haves:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a second level IT support role.
  • Ability to work under pressureand solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in an event environment would be a plus.
