What will you do
:


When you join us, you’ll start working with a number of our international enterprise key accounts.


You’ll get under your clients skin to understand what further pain points they have, you’ll use your investigative skills to understand where we can generate more revenue.


As well as add-on modules to our MXP Product, our professional services have been hard at work developing a bunch of value-add offerings, giving you plenty of opportunity to upsell.


As a key member of our AM and CSM team (we’re 6 in total) you will actively play a role in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


You’ll attend industry events in order to continue to consolidate your Client relationships as well as understand what the competition is doing.


With guidance from Jerome, you’ll develop and maintain your territory plans and key account plans that identify opportunities for Mobilexpense.


You will provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending the Mobilexpense offerings.


About You:


  • You’ll have around 5 years of successful track record in Enterprise Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Whilst you are an account manager, you have the ability to hunt within your accounts, always looking to uncover untapped revenue steams.
  • You always have your eye on your targets and have the drive to (over) achieve them. (we have uncapped Commission)
  • You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results
  • Your relationship skills are second to none, you make it your business to become a trusted advisor to your customers
  • We use Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator, any knowledge of Hubspot would be awesome
  • You have an entrepreneurial and commercial spirit, and thrive in a hands-on environment
  • You work well with others and actively contribute to team meetings/objectives/events, we want to hear your voice!
  • You’ll be fluent in English and French, if you have Dutch or German this would be awesome but let’s not be greedy!
