Looking for a full-time position with a permanent contract?

Our client, Vibrantz, is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle the entire accounting process from A to Z.

Responsibilities:

As an AZ Accountant, you will be responsible for the entire accounting process from A to Z, including but not limited to:

  • Recording and verifying purchase and sales invoices, as well as conducting banking transactions.
  • Ensuring accurate allocation of costs to the correct period; cost accounting, cost center allocation, and compliance with relevant VAT regulations.
  • Maintaining supplier balances.
  • Updating and monitoring master data information.
  • Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Preparing and submitting VAT, intracommunity, and intrastat declarations, customer listings, etc.
  • Preparing periodic reports for internal controllers.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Developing and monitoring cash planning and budgets in collaboration with the financial/plant controller.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive "make it happen" mindset.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable.
  • Knowledge of taxation is a plus.
  • Punctual, pragmatic, loyal, and a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and take responsibility.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Analytical, accurate, organized, and discreet.
