For our client, Robert Half is looking for a Senior Accountant(H/F/X).

Our client is looking to hire a skilled Senior Accountant to assume responsibility for the accounting management and engage with tasks including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxes. You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting and be a part of a growing Finance function, working closely with Reporting and Operations.

ROLE

  • Prepare periodic financial reporting
  • Consolidation of accounts
  • Daily bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Support with month-end closing tasks
  • Review invoices and payment runs
  • Create budgets and forecasts
  • Handle corporate tax and VAT
  • Assist with external and internal audits
  • Continuous improvement of procedures

PROFILE

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within the banking/financial services industry
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with IFRS and LUX GAAP
  • Advanced capabilities in systems like MSBC/Navision and the Microsoft Office package, and a basic understanding of Tableau and SQL
  • Proactive, organized and solution oriented
  • Good written communication skills and a team player attitude is also considered key
