SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job description:

  • You will be working directly with the General Manager of Corporate Strategy Division that handles, at Europe & Africa (EA) regional level, all matters relevant to Business Planning and Governance.
  • This position will offer you the opportunity to lead our efforts for our EA entities enforcing our sustainable business and further growth with both short and long-term goals to achieve through industry research, risk & cost analysis, and feasibility study for developing business strategies and plans of new or improved projects. Your knowledge and networking skills is crucial in making sure that deadlines and quality results are met throughout the region.
  • You will be the key person in all processes for business planning set out based on the in-depth analysis of our production and business scheme to develop value proposition by leading our EA entities.
  • In the field of Governance, you, as one team of Corporate Strategy Division, will also manage business risks and govern our EA entities to be executed business plans based on the top management directions and strategies in our region.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Industry research, economics, finance, and business planning are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in multi-national & multi- culture environment.
  • Interested in Japanese working culture & Toyota Automotive Group.
  • Not afraid of starting from scratch and building new systems & processes.
  • Experience in following up projects and finding solutions for the hurdles you encounter.
  • An eye for detail, an organized and disciplined attitude with leadership that allow you to participate in implementing important projects.
