We’re looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join our Deals department as part of our Real Estate team.
What you’ll learn and do?
• Assist our clients in their transactions (acquisition or sell-process), refinancing and other capital market operations;
• Focus on broader strategic issues facing clients before, during and after transactions;
• Assist team members and clients in Real Estate valuation and financial modelling, capital markets and advisory assignments;
• Work in project teams, often together with our Real Estate tax and Real Estate legal team, to maximize the benefit for our clients

Who you are?
• You Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either an audit / financial environment
• Have a real interest for Real Estate
• Have excellent project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality work
• Are a team player
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Have a flexible working style, strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail
• Have a strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
• Possess excellent communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude
• Are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
