We are looking for a Senior Financial Expert that will be able to evolve in a complex environment with several different companies located in 3+ countries. You’ll be working closely with the business to provide top quality support.

About the role:

Supporting the CFO, the role will be initially focused on identifying, setting up and following complex financial flows and collating and managing large data sets, while creating standardised reports to facilitate analysis.

You will work in a range of tasks and activities requiring knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, excellent communication skills and analytical business skills.

We expect you to be able to hit the ground running in a complex and rapidly growing structure, where the payment systems will be key for competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document the different financial flows that result from payments that are made on the Winamp or affiliates value chain.
• Set-up financial flows to make sure allocation and distribution work flawlessly, and deal with possible incidents;
• Constantly assess the efficiency of the payin/payout solution and propose alternatives (product fit and financial efficiency);
• Ensure the compliance of the payin/payout system with both internal players and external organisms (exchange rates and cryptocurrency will also come into play);
• Establish an effective payment validation method and automate it, while setting the rules for a payment request to turn into a real payment;
• Establish monthly KPI dashboard reporting;
• Collate, create and maintain data sets from various sources which will be the building blocks for analysis, reporting, budgeting and building our prediction model;
• Lead the budgeting and financial flow forecasting cycle in close collaboration with Winamp’s business and finance teams.

Required experience and skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, financial planning and analysis or business controlling roles;
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills;
• Strong knowledge of online payment methods;
• Knowledge of laws and regulations for payin/payout systems;
• Ability to work with large data sets and use various IT applications in order to structure, manage and create reports for various users;
• Appreciates and understands how operational measures translate into financial ones;
• Ability to both delve into details but also summarise key findings;
• Proactively takes ownership of work with a drive for results;
• Highly independent and able to organise tasks with little daily supervision;
• Client-orientation.

Nice to have:

• BPM or TOGAF certification;
• Knowledge of APIs;
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency/nft principles;
• Knowledge of BI tools;
• Ideally, you love music (Good taste in music is optional)
