Job Description

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the team of HR expert to manage all the HR processes of your business unit: reward, talent, staffing, performance, recruitment, organization design, salary policy, etc.

To do so successfully, you will :

  • Listen, advise and challenge the managers in their HR decisions. Guarantee that these decisions are in line with business interests and HR principles;
  • Position HR as a strategic business partner by ensuring the transfer of feedback and best practices in both directions with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Coach managers and support them in developing their skills (people management, soft skills, etc.);
  • Anticipate and manage union relationships (first contact person). Provide support to the social relations manager by preparing union meetings;
  • Manage the HR budget of the Business Unit;
  • Ensure the commitment and the satisfaction of your population of employees;
  • Define and implement corrective actions;
  • Support and ensure the integration of any new resource within the Business Unit.

The Successful Applicant

Are you the Senior HR Business Partner that we are looking for?

  • You have a Master in Business, HR or Social Sciences
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (HR Business Partner, HR Manager)
  • You have a proven experience in unions relationship management
  • You are able to listen and show empathy
  • You are assertive in your communication
  • You are customer oriented
  • You speak fluently French and English
