About the role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team in this global role and be an HR sparring partner for our fast growing FRR business across EMEA, the US and APAC.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Global Director HR to lead the development and execution of a human capital strategy in partnership with the Managing Director and leadership team of the Global FRR Business worldwide.
Responsibilities:
  • Senior HR Business Partner for talent, leadership and organization effectiveness for the Business FRR
  • Provides expert support for human resources programs for various areas of HR management including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Re-design and Change Management
  • Translates business strategy and plans into Division to help the business further their goals
  • Supports and can lead the business discussion of HR and talent issues
  • Supports and drives the Division culture within the context of the broader enterprise by managing division and global HR projects
  • Partners with HR COEs (Centers of Excellence) such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development and HR Operations
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, identifying areas of improvement, recommending and implementing those best practices to support the corporate goals and development
  • Consults with Market HR on the impact of talent decisions and business requirements
  • Works closely with the Finance team on the budget of the FRR open hiring positions and manages the budget file on a daily base.
Your profile:
Education
  • Diploma in Economics, Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a diverse exposure to major functional areas of Human Resource
  • Requires a high degree of knowledge and resulting credibility to foster the necessary business relationships and build consensus with senior leaders;
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity and provide guidance to drive solutions
  • Effective at managing change and organizing people and activities to effectively and efficiently complete projects and daily workload
  • Proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, which are all necessary for the creation of visually, and verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads, management, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Excellent English, and preferably Dutch and French languages skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Professional Services and Banking/Financial environments are a plus
  • Professional work experience in larger international organizations
  • Organizational Leadership: Proven track record of serving as a transformational advocate for the organization by supporting/managing change and the ability to articulate and shape the organization’s culture
  • Navigate the Organization: Proven ability to manage interactions with and between others with the specific goal of providing service and organizational success. Experienced in working effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Know the Business: Proven track record of providing direct guidance and coaching to organizational stakeholders (e.g., people managers and employees) seeking expert advice. Commercially minded.
  • Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking and interpretation skills in solving complex HR issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization. Team oriented, cooperative and flexible.
  • Experienced in partnering with HR Shared Services /Centers of Excellence on various HR Business Processes.
  • Experienced user of Human Capital Management Systems (preferably Workday).
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Helpful and service-oriented, have an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, be able to be discreet when dealing with confidential information, and have an ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated, be proactive going beyond the call of duty, have a keen eye for detail, be result-oriented, and have an ability to work stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty inspiring the same in his team.
  • Be likeable and relatable, having an ability to form strong connections with others, earning their trust, and hence being able to influence even the highest-level management in the business.
  • High communication skills are important to effectively execute his duties. These skills will have to be exceptional both in written and verbal form and the clarity which is needed to deliver instructions.
