Are you an experienced and customer-focused sales key account manager with a solid background in distribution management and expertise in setting up and launching a private label portfolio?

Ansell is looking for a Senior Manager International Key Account Manager EMEA-APAC!

The preferred location for this person is Belgium (Brussels) or Poland (Krakow).

Your mission

You will be responsible for managing existing, identifying new potential and developing international key account distribution partners for our Industrial Personal Protective Equipment business in the EMEA-APAC region.
Key part of this role will be managing “FHCS” (Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions GmbH) as global customer as well as being accountable to manage with selected international distribution partners the Ansell’s Private Label offering, from lead follow-up, portfolio definition, quotation management & sales execution. The role requires strong expertise of developing relationships with international distribution partners in a B2B and/or B2C setting, setting-up and launching a private label portfolio with strong commercial acumen. In your role, you will interact with different stakeholders like our regional sales team and channel marketing.

You will be reporting to the Director, Channel Management.

What your role would look like?

  • You are accountable to coordinate, monitor and manage internal and external relationships on EMEA/APAC level between Ansell Sales/Marketing & Supply/Operations teams and Key Accounts, like “Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions GmbH”.
  • You are in charge to identify growth opportunities and secure proper achievement of volume, top line and margin targets by coordinating and managing bilateral projects (eg. category management, private label, packaging optimization, introduction of services, …) between Ansell and those partners.
  • You are responsible to manage implementation and further development of the Ansell private label offering towards selected international distribution partners.
  • You identify, establish and lead relationships with assigned EMEA-APAC international Distribution Key Accounts by defining customer roadmap & development strategy.
  • You consolidate strategic innovation and value proposition opportunities within the realm of personal protection products & services to challenge status quo and maximize relationship value at Distributor Key Account level and create process of communication of these opportunities in the EMEA/APAC Region and to the GBU’s.
  • You lead by example in making use of Sales Force.com to document, monitor & report project progress & activity management relevant for the assigned distribution partners.


What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in Distribution Management including expertise of developing international partners in a B2B (ideally) and/or B2C setting for various product categories at pan-European level
  • Strong expertise in setting up & launching a private label portfolio
  • Experience in multi-cultural and international B2B environment
  • Experience in working in a global matrix organization
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent level of English (written & verbal), with any additional language an asset
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Understanding and ability to make use of a CRM system, preferable Salesforce.com

Please note that there will be no relocation provided by Ansell.

This position requires approximately 40% domestic & international travel
