We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical point of contact for our offices across the Benelux region. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex IT issues, improving internal systems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day technology operations within a dynamic, international business environment.
You will work closely with regional and global IT teams to support users, manage local infrastructure, and contribute to wider IT initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow in a support leadership role while staying close to the technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support to over 400 users across five Benelux locations
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption
- Manage IT service tickets using ITSM tools, maintaining accuracy and response SLAs
- Administer and maintain core systems including Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, DHCP, and DNS
- Coordinate local hardware and software provisioning, including inventory and vendor management
- Collaborate with EMEA infrastructure teams to align local systems with global standards
- Document support procedures and ensure compliance with internal processes (e.g., SOX)
- Drive local implementation of IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and standardization efforts
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements
- Serve as the liaison between the business and external service providers when needed
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments and technologies (e.g., SCCM, ITSM platforms, AD, Microsoft Exchange)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong ability to analyze system logs and diagnose complex technical issues
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and server environments

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Recognized certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple office locations is a plus
- Hybrid work model with a combination of remote and on-site presence
- Occasional travel to other offices within the Benelux region
