Marketing business function is responsible for guiding prospects & customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought leading insights, practical advice and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to simplify operations, spend smarter and drive the transformation of their Finance & Procurement functions. Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, LeadForensics and many more, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and ensure our customers get the most value from their Basware solutions.We are looking for a (Senior) Manager, Digital Marketing to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role, offered in combination of being based in any of our European offices and remote work.The core responsibility is to develop, optimize and oversee mid-funnel digital nurture programs across audiences (net new prospects, customers, and partners) together with your team. The role partners with the Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Business Development, Content, Customer as well as Partner Marketing teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, execution quality and learning across the marketing organization.The (Senior) Manager, Digital Marketing is a data-driven marketer with experience designing high-performing, integrated marketing programs that are executed at scale. In alignment with Basware’s growth targets, the role will support the personal relationship building through selected and integrated always on digital marketing channels and programs.Key Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and development of insight-driven, audience-led digital nurture programs and initiatives to drive lead to MQL conversion
  • Explore, implement, and scale business-relevant marketing tactics and tools (like web personalization & interaction, blog subscription, lead scoring) together with your team, thinking further than just emails
  • Consider process optimization, to increase performance of existing programs, personalize experience and support Business Development Team in their 1:1 nurture activity
  • Ensure and encourage for data-driven execution, sharing best practices and learnings
  • Monitor and report on performance of your tests and programs together with your team
  • Digitally savvy and structured marketer, eager to learn something new
  • Solid marketing experience in creating digital always on programs from conception, gaining commitment, engaging stakeholders throughout the process and continuous optimization
  • Proactive project manager with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in an international (B2B) organization and collaborate across marketing teams to drive towards a common goal
  • Analytical mind, always looking for insights that will drive and improve performance as well as evaluate channel effectiveness for the business
  • Curious to seek, visualize and learn from performance metrics and other available data points, considering compliance aspects and using marketing automation &/ visualization tools (like Hubspot &/ PowerBI)
  • A good understanding of lead management process and the buying lifecycle of prospects, customers, and partners
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to influence and gain buy-in at senior levels and articulate a compelling vision for key programs as it relates to long-term business objectives
  • A thorough understanding of the details of execution, and ability to create a thorough, comprehensive brief to ensure execution of programs on-brief, on-time, and on-budget
  • Preferred: leadership experience in the field of marketing
