Senior Manager, Global Data Readiness Lead
Position Overview
Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. is recruiting for a - Senior Manager, Global Data Readiness Lead, MedTech Supply Chain. This position can be based in any J&J office locations in NA, LA or EU.
The Senior Manager, Global Data Readiness Lead will be accountable in managing and completing successful data projects and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration and governance focus areas. He/she must be proficient in the implementation of industry standard data migration tools including Syniti Data Migration toolset. He/she must be a key contributor to the migration team at different phases of the project including discovery, design/architecture, build/test, and the detailing of the overall process.
Responsibilities
- Drive mapping sessions with Product Owners/SME’s and process teams, understand the business requirements and gather source to target data transformation requirements
- Provide S/4 Expertise and know-how towards building migration relevancy and transformation rules
- Develop validation reports and support business for performing data validation (Preload and Post load)
- Develop Extract and Transform logic in the Syniti ADM application
- Work with business / process teams on data cleansing requirements, develop adhoc cleansing reports as required
- Execute Load program via identified migration approach per data object
- Support data load and production load execution activities
- Lead/support in defect resolution for data defects uncovered during the data migration & testing cycles
- Possess an advanced level of functional/technical expertise within their respective target area of focus across the Supply Chain
- Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed
- Support Data cutover activities including Change Control/SDLC documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related analytical or technical disciplines
- 10 years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP mandatory, JDE experience preferred
- Data Domain experience in Material Master required, Business Partner – Customer/Vendor Master preferred
- Certified Data Governance, Data Migration or Performance Management Professional
- Successfully participated in at least two or more full ERP implementation lifecycle(s)
- Experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis and/or modelling
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and implementing SAP or other ERP, or equivalent experience is required.
- Master Data Migration experience in the context of large ERP programs is required.
- Experience working within an international organization, including multi-country or global implementation is preferred.
- Knowledge of most of the key concepts around master data management, data migration, data standards and organizations is required.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Master data elements, processes, and organizational support models is required.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required.
- Expertise in business processes within Supply Chain preferred.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions, preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery is preferred.
- Strong people management and development and change leadership skills is preferred.
- Health Sciences experience is desired.
- Experience working with multiple functions, regions preferred.
- Domestic/International travel is required up to 20% of the time.
