- Job title: Senior Professional, Finance Business Partner Services
- Overview:
- This Senior Professional position will be a Finance Business Partner for the European Services team supporting both D&S (Data & Services) and C&I (Cyber & Intelligence Solutions) acting as a day-to-day contact for both Business Units. This position within the FP&A Team will report to a Director, Finance Business Partner Services.
- The FP&A team in Europe is mainly responsible for the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating & planning variance analysis, and special projects. Apart from that collaboration & partnering with the Business is a crucial aspect of the role.
- The person will work in close collaboration with other teams across the Finance organization, as well as with our Global Product team & local Business Partners. The objective is to own the day-to-day operations, provide insights & support to our internal business partners, to support and drive the implementation of the company’s strategy & objectives and implement process improvements.

- Role:
- Drives annual budget exercise, quarterly performance reviews & forecast cycles, enabling efficient & effective execution of key planning deliverables
- Supporting the alignment of regional & corporate processes and outcomes during the budgeting and quarterly performance review cycles
- Provides valuable insights & analytics on financials and manages opportunities & risks, actively cooperates with the Business to construct a clear view on expected performance
- Embodies leading beyond finance by partnering with regions, business units, business partners and corporate to assist in developing, analyzing, and validating new business opportunities
- Cooperates on strategy and process improvements related to budgeting, forecasting, systems, and other key areas to ensure alignment with market objectives
- Supporting revenue-generating activities such as new product/service launches & pricing initiatives
- Developing, improving & automation of reporting & analysis package across Europe
- Acting as a trusted representative of the Product teams towards the Finance organization & vice versa
- Engaging with the Europe Product team by providing valuable feedback and analysis to stimulate objective achievement and overall development of the business, while remaining compliant to financial guidelines and processes
- All About you:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in finance or Economics
- Prior experience in financial planning, analysis & forecasting or related Finance field.
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle) and experience with combining and/or consolidating environments including multiple data sources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient using MS Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with ability to influence others. Proactively build internal and external partnerships. Be an effective team member.
- Possess situational awareness to understand needs of various stakeholders across business, finance, and other cross-functional and external teams.
- Work and think independently. Ability to navigate unfamiliar situations, provide narrative and rationale for financial analysis.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency with high standards of accuracy and precision
- Good organizational, data management and analysis skills
