Senior Research Associate/Specialist

BioTalent are working with an exciting company based in Belgium who are leading pioneers of dialysis machines along with many other technological instruments, machines and devices, imperative to healthcare. Together we are looking for a Senior Researcher to join the team on a full-time basis, to develop new medical device products and pharmaceutical solutions.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing technical expertise in formulation development, analytical method development and validation as well as manufacturing process development.
  • Leading multifunctional projects
  • Setting up and performing studies for testing ideas for new device and pharmaceutical solution.
  • Collaborating with universities, partners, or hospitals to ensure you are operating at the level of highest scientific excellence.

You will bring the following

  • A Ph.D. in Life Sciences (physiology, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, pharmacy)
  • Thorough knowledge of physiology and analytical chemistry.
  • Ability/experience interpreting results from complex instrumentation and scientific studies.
  • Good knowledge of the requirements of medical device/pharmaceutical development (eg. GMP)
