Senior Scientist, Immunology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our client’s growing Immunology team. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Immunology or a related field, with at least 5 years of post-graduation experience in the biopharma industry, preferably in cell therapy.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of scientists in the development of new cell therapy approaches for the treatment of cancer. You will also be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting your findings to the team and to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of scientists in the development of new cell therapy approaches for the treatment of cancer
  • Design and conduct experiments
  • Analyze data and write reports
  • Present findings to the team and to external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other scientists on research projects
  • Stay up to date on the latest advances in cell therapy
Qualifications

  • PhD in Immunology or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the biotech industry, preferably in cell therapy
  • Strong proficiency in cell culture and immunology techniques, including flow cytometry
  • Experience with CAR T cell therapy or other cell therapy platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and/or French is required
