Your basic qualifications:


  • University degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, pharmacy or engineering or equivalent acquired through professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French

Your preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of cGMP regulations to enable adequate level of influence and challenge
  • Familiar with international regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to understand requirements of different stakeholders (Belgium Quality, M/SPU, Global,...)
  • Ability to bring all relevant facts and data to make appropriate decisions in a continuously improving mindset
  • Leadership, role-model, demonstrate autonomy, discipline, structure and focus in way of working
  • "Do it, try it, fix it" mentality
  • Ability to enable and drive change
  • Strong influencing skills: ability to influence people at different levels in the organisation
  • Operating under instability, uncertainty and pressure with a flexible thinking, sense of urgency and be customer oriented
  • Problem solving and achievement oriented
  • Team spirit, self-motivated and reliable
  • Ability to chase information, challenge, cross-check, engage and communicate at different levels in the local and global organisation


Consulting mission at our client until minimum the end the year

Our client is a global vaccine research, development and production company, that employs over 11,200 people worldwide, of which 7,500 in its three Belgian sites: Rixensart, Wavre and Gembloux.


Your mission:


  • To provide quality status updates to the Belgium Quality Council (BQC) on the 2021 Belgium Quality Plan (BQP) deployment and escalate any issues
  • To issue the executive summary report containing the status for each project/initiative for the 2021 BQP
  • To issue the Belgium Quality Plan (BQP) for 2022 based on the input of the 2022 strategic quality plan
  • To support - via network of local SPOC (Single Point of Contact) - the M/SPUs to deploy the BQP locally
  • To improve and simplify the current System Effectiveness Review (SER) process to allow its deployment in Q1 2022
  • To prepare the 2022 SER process with the corresponding LSMEs in order to ensure timely (i.e. April 2022) availability on the 2021 SER reports
