Heads & Hunters is looking for a Freelance Senior Talent Acquisition with experience in an international working environment for an assignment of 5 days/week for 3 months. Our client is active in the food industry and is located in Flemish Brabant. The organization values autonomy and gives responsibilities within a collaborative company culture.

Your profile

  • Experienced Freelance Recruiter.
  • Recruitment of Business Support, Engineering, QA, technicians.
  • You are quickly operational with HR systems.
  • You work in a structured way.
  • You have very good communication skills, mainly in English, French or Dutch are an asset.
  • Experience in a large international structure is important.
  • You are used to integrating and juggling different processes.
