Description of the function

MyNextCompany is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition (M/W/X)freelance consultant for one of its clients.

The project:
Our client, a BEL20 company is currently undergoing through a huge and exciting agile transformation program for its entire IT department.

Their IT department represents approximatively 600 people around the world.

Your mission along with a team of T.A. experts (15 people) is to grow this number to 800 people by the end of 2022.

To achieve this you will be hiring candidates around Europe for any of our client’s office.
